Cai Glushak, MD FACEP is the International Medical Director of AXA Assistance, an international medical and travel assistance company with offices in some 30 countries, including the UK. He is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago and has worked for AXA Assistance since 1996.

Dr. Glushak, who is experienced in aeromedical transportation, has been coordinating the medical care of patients abroad for both emergency and elective conditions. He is responsible for overseeing AXA Assistance's international network of hospitals and medical providers, including credentialing and quality of care. He also oversees AXA Assistance's international 2nd Medical Opinion programs.
