Debbie Mandel, MA, is a stress management expert and the author of three self-help books: “Addicted to Stress: A Woman's 7 Step Program to Reclaim Joy and Spontaneity in Life,” “Changing Habits: The Caregivers’ Total Workout” and “Turn On Your Inner Light: Fitness for Body, Mind and Soul.” She also is a motivational speaker and university lecturer, hosts a weekly health/fitness radio show, “Turn On Your Inner Light,” on WGBB-AM (1240) in New York, and produces a wellness newsletter. In addition to her professional expertise, she draws on her personal experience in having taken care of both of her parents who had Alzheimer’s disease. |
